St. James Apartments - Los Angeles, CA
St. James Apartments project has a total of 104 units, 3 buildings, plus a Historical Mansion. This was a full rehab with interior and exterior work. Interior work scope included paint, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new lighting finishes and plumbing. There was also full elevator modernization. Exterior work consisted of new pavers, asphalt, new windows and eifs at existing buildings. All underground dry utilities and full restoration of the historical mansion was also completed.
McDonald's - Richmond, CA
This month MCC also completed a McDonald’s located in Richmond, CA at the Hilltop Plaza. This 3,828 SF location also received an extensive remodel that included new exterior signage and paint, restroom ADA work, a new front counter, and new floor, wall , and ceiling finishes.

Eric Ramos – Project Superintendent
MCC’s team of eight gladly spent the weekend of 5/20/2017 remodeling 4 VA Housing units for local veterans. Our efforts were focused on replacing outdated kitchen contents and updating them with modernized cabinets, floors, and fixtures. This renovation is an exiting part of our culture and is a fun way to give back to the community, with the help of North Coast Church and Interfaith Community Service.

Residence Inn Hotel – Santa Clarita, CA
The Residence Inn Hotel at a new development in Santa Clarita, CA is making great progress. It has now received concrete pours and continues with concrete and rebar scope. Slurry along with utility and excavation work is also underway. This photo shows a unique overhead look at the progress.
