Taco Bell – Cathedral City, CA
This month MCC completed our third ground-up for PSTB, (Ken Langel). We have also done three remodels for them and repair work in another half dozen of their stores. We are on track to do another three remodels and another ground-up for PSTB in 2019. This 2,645 SF project was done in a larger ‘new-build’ complex center. Although this one presented site specific challenges, all were successfully dealt with by our resident Taco Bell expert Superintendent Alfredo Martinez.
McDonald's - Salinas, CA
MCC also just recently completed another McDonald’s remodel in Salinas, CA. This 5,055 SF location got a major renovation, giving it a new modern look. It received new exterior and site upgrades, a new dining area, restroom compliance, replacement of drive thru equipment, and more.

Annual Superintendents’ Meeting
MCC recently held it’s annual meeting with Project Superintendents. This meeting helps provide Supers with needed reminders on project guidelines and helps promote support for our field employees. We look forward to another successful meeting next year.
2nd Annual Peanut Butter Drive
Once Again MCC partnered with the North County Food Bank for their “Scare Away Hunger Peanut Butter Drive”. Peanut butter is an excellent source of protein for children and families. One jar of peanut butter can provide more than 12 sandwiches to hungry people. This year MCC surpassed last years donation with 127lbs of peanut and almond butter collected! MCC is always grateful to be able to help those in need especially those in our own community of North County San Diego. Next years goal 200 pounds of peanut butter!

Chase Bank – Cardiff, CA
A 1,942 SF Tenant Improvement project for Chase Bank is making great progress in Cardiff By the Sea, CA. Major subcontractors are working hard on site, such as, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Drywall. We are in anticipation of it’s completion soon.
