This expansive senior living development is located in the lush valley of Temecula, CA. Currently the property is experiencing a landscape overhaul, site grading, and final touches inspired by Tuscan assent colors. Together MCC and it’s team has truly captured the essence of a close knit senior community, with modern cottages and social spaces, enraptured in the elegance of Temecula’s wine country.
Marriott Residence Inn is a four story hotel situated in the heart of Chula Vista, CA. With MCC reaching an 85% completion rate, our team is nearing its final stages. Drought tolerant landscaping, irrigation and exterior amenities are being established. Fixtures, Furnishings and Equipment, also known as FF&E are planned to start the 1st week of July. Given the success of our scope, MCC is forecasting an execution date within Fall, 2017.
Charitable Projects
MCC’s team of eight gladly spent the weekend of 5/20/2017 remodeling 4 VA Housing units for local veterans. Our efforts were focused on replacing outdated kitchen contents and updating them with modernized cabinets, floors, and fixtures. This renovation is an exiting part of our culture and is a fun way to give back to the community, with the help of North Coast Church and Interfaith Community Service.
